Yuuuuup, you've seen it. Going to Bkk was actually our grad trip... well at least PART of our grad trip hahahaha. The other part is the expensive part so we are planning to work and save up first before deciding on the place again!
Booked Berkeley Hotel Pratunam for the 5D4N and I am blown away by firstly, their services - particularly their bell boys; and secondly, their hotel room~~~~ I rly miss it so much right now BUT..... I just cldn't find any pictures of it lolol. The room type that we booked is the Premier Room at an introductory rate of $100++ per night (??) and initially I was rlyyyy skeptical about it after reading reviews online. But i guess expecting lesser of something is always better than having higher expectations because there is nothing hateful I can find about this hotel. And the most awesome part is..... IT IS LOCATED IN A MALL AND THERE'S A NIGHT MARKET JUST RIGHT OUTSIDE/// This is where 1/4 of my $$$ flew to.
Not going to go into too much for our itinerary because we only went to the few main shopping areas.
1. Platinum Mall
2. Chatuchak (JJ Market)
3. Union Mall
4. Siam Market
5. Siam Paragon (We mainly went there for the Shibuya Toast!)
I think that's about it? Haha. And I didn't take much photos because we were just too busy shopping and I had so many barang barang to carry, I didn't want to misplace my camera by accident. Anyway Platinum Mall was a little disappointing, not as good as the previous time when I went over! Union Mall and Chatuchak however, were more than awesome. Another 1/2 of my $$$ went over to these two shopping malls and the last batch went to Siam Market hehe. I love Siam Market soooo much but I rly hate the stuffiness of that place even tho it's open-air!!! But the clothes there are rly so much better than Platinum can, must go hor!!!
The first day when we arrived at the airport, we took the airport rail link instead of cabbing cuz the girls wanted to have a feel of their transport system. But because of that, we took almost an hr from the station to the hotel because it rained and we were just walking round and round, at the wrong place somemore! It was only supposed to take us 15mins :'( Haha, anyway if y'all are not sure, it's just right next to Amari Watergate and it's the shopping mall with the huge billboard!!!

Sigh I rly miss bangkok so much!!! The shopping there is to die for! Regretted not getting some of the clothes that I was hesitating about. Hahaha, can i prease bring $1000 there the next time?????
